Virgos Lounge: Spring/Summer 2012 Collection

Over the years, I have fallen in love with Virgos Lounge, a Nigeria-owned, London-based label. They never disappoints. If you remember the shorts that I wore for a bloggers' event in Nigeria [here], it was from their collection from last year. Love the detailing and vintage look that their collections exudes.

The label just launched their Spring/Summer 2012 collection yesterday, which means that they are available to shop at Virgos Lounge and they ship to U.S & international.

Love the pastel colors, the beading, and details. You will definitely be seeing me in some of these pieces.

On another news, the label recently annonnced that they will be launching its "High Summer" collection at Topshop's flag store in Oxford Circus store, London on April 29th.

H&M Exclusive Conscious Collection Spring 2012

Pleat Mini dress: This is definitely the color of the season and definitely one of my favorite from this collection

My mouth dropped when I saw these collection. H&M never ceases to impress me.  Some of the pieces from this collection has already been seen on the red carpet among celebrities like Amanda Seyfried, Viola Davis and Michelle Williams to name a few.

 I love the purple dress on the left--great detailing.

Love the pink slit skirt and top--sexy and demure. The dress on the left is definitely a show shopper :)

This collection will be available in around 100 selected stores worldwide and selected looks online where applicable from April 12th

PS: I really hope I can get my hands on the pleat mini dress--if you see it in any H&M around you please let me know *begging* ;)

Maximize the slit

Slits are making a comeback and the trend can be observed at the moment from runways to red carpets. When I was thirteen, I was all about maxi skirt with slits on both sides; fast forward to 2011,  I wore my Zara slit dress for a night out with my hubby. This dress can be worn casually with flats and you have the option of dressing up like I did....
